On The Pigs Back
Established in 1992 by Isabelle Sheridan selling Farmhouse Cheeses, Charcuterie, Fresh Breads, Irish Artisan Food, and French Épicerie & Specialities in The English Market, in Cork City. On The Pig's Back produce and wholesale award-winning Pâté and Terrines. On The Pig's Back Café / Deli in Douglas, Co. Cork, opened in 2009. Currently, it is an 80-seater Cafe, open seven days a week, with an outside terrace. Lunch time is always buzzing!!!
The Commodore Hotel
The Commodore Hotel, Is a family owned hotel in the heart of Cobh (The Great Island). Built in 1854 this Victorian style hotel has 42 ensuite Bedrooms, half of which are overlooking Cork Harbour. O'Sheas Bar & Bistro is open 7 days a week and serves Tea/ Coffee Scones from 8am and Bar Food from 12.30pm - 9pm. As part of Cork Cheese Week we will be offering a Warm Goats Cheese Salad, on a Toasted Crouton with Seasonal Leaves & Balsamic Pesto Dressing.

Deasys is a hidden gem along the West Cork coast. Chef Caitlin Ruth has a signature dish of catch of the day cooked in banana leaves. The fish is from local day-boats; the leaves come from her own banana plants, growing in her back garden. Menus are dictated by the seasons and the latest catch from the local boats.
In the last 30 year’s De Barra’s Folk Club in the beautiful sea-side town of Clonakilty has earned a musical reputation that has traveled far beyond the confines of its West Cork location. De Barras offers a delicious lunch menu from Monday to Saturday.
